Video widget is not registered

If i go to my site the video I have uploaded when clicked to view, says widget not registered. But when I go into admin panel it is registered and I am even able to view the video. All other widgets working great. Only the video widget hast these problem.
I have already replaced the ray/modules/movie/app/ - files but it did not solve the problem.
What can i do to fix this error?
