Video Uploading Error

Hello! All,

When uploading a video it completes 100% - shows up in the thumbnail box then the red box pops up "uploading file error". Is anybody knows what's wrong and how to fix it.

I would very much like to know the same thing. Does this error get logged anywhere? Perhaps checking a log might help.
