Using Dolphin 6.1.1 index page alignment issues

Having issues getting my index page setup to display larger images and aligned correctly.  I will just consitrate on one for now.

I resized the classifieds images and got the info to display where I want it but everything is vertically aligned.  I have it set to horizontal in the admin panel but still lining up vertically.  I have tried my hardest in General.css and index.css to get it to horizontally align but nothing seems to work.

Can someone point me in the right direction?  Site josiahfoundation.com
