When a user uploads a bigger photo (eg. 1200x840), it shows white field
instead of the photo. When uploading smaller pic there is no problem.
When I go directly to the photo file (the link ....jpg) it dispayes the photo, so the file is uploaded.
But the problem is that the file isn't displayed in Dolphin, only blank white field and no photo.
I'm not sure but it might be the problem.
How do I change the max limit for the uploading picture size? (still...I dont know if this is the problem, as the pic is uploaded but isnt displayed)
If I change those parametars
Max width of profile photo (in pixels) or
Max height of profile photo (in pixels).
Then it changes me the size of the photo field in the Dolphin (which is ugly)
Please someone help me it's extremly urgent I dont know what to do....
And what have you set the resolution pixels in admin panel default 960px? or have you changed them.
I can't say for sure but it sounds like the page that is displaying the picture is too small for the actual uploaded file, so it's white or blank. Either have to make the allowed upload sizes smaller somehow, or alter the css.
Again I'm not sure what page you are referring to specifcally. And your size/layouts. This see more
The problem may be something on the server (I'm on VPS)
I installed dolphine again on a subdomain
and the same thing happens!
I go upload photo and shows me blank page.
I have no problem when uploading viedos!
what may it be?hmmm
I was having the same problem, small images would upload fine but large images would result in a blank screen. I solved the problem by disabling
Use GD library for image processing
in the Advanced settings area of the admin panel.
Large photos upload perfectly then. I uploaded a photo 2048px × 1536px without a problem
