Upgrade from 6.1.0 to 6.1.1

Need your help. I've downloaded the patches. But, how should I proceed? I've read through http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/6.1.0to6.1.1
but not very clear on the instruction.

There are so many files inside. How do I know which one to upload? And, instead of uploading via FTP, is it possible to copy & paste manually?

And, I've bought SmartPro, do I need to perform step 1 to 5?

if you have bought smart pro. i understand they do it all for you. you just send them your server root login and password or anything they ask and leave it to them
