Trouble in widget license

HI all
I just came to know that i'm facing trouble after 100 + video and 60+ audio upload to my site.
Suddenly all ray widget showing " this widget is not registered "
THIS HAPPENED AT 6 MONTH AFTER INSTALLING 6.0.03 AND I JUST WONDERING WHY ??? I DO NOT UPGRADING OR CHANGING MY FILES BUT ITS HAPPENED ?
ANY BODY KNOW WHY ?

I donated to acquire a free licence using my paypal account which uses a different email address than the one which I use with Boonex unity account, However, I didnt recieve details on how to get my free licence.
Please assit.
