Transfer Forums to Groups?

Many subjects get written in the Forum, is there a way of transferring these to groups via Admin?

An Admin 'click here' option would be good :-)

I'm referring to Forum in Dolphin 6.1.2.

Is it possible to transfer Forum into Groups?

They really should be the same thing in my opinion. Forums and groups are weirdly linked in Dolphin.
