Got rid of server error now got this
So frustrated
I am with hostingdude.com hosting
The php ini is not there could add one if i knew where to find one and what should be in it.
Really wish i knew someone techy who could sort this out 4 me
problem now is............
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mb_substr() in /home/content/j/u/s/just2date/html/install/index.php on line 1766
Is there a php.ini file i can upload for this if so where?
Desperate to get this running

Your issue is caused by "mbstring" extension lack in your php compilation.

Been through it all, can not get acces to php.ini file.
They say i can add additional one to my root
but where do i get the info to put in a file to call php.ini been trying for over a week to get this to work really frustrated.
can not move server as many sites hosted there.
Please please help

Host company tell me to add ini.set file
How do i do that?
what do i put in it?
Do i need to do anything else?
Will that work?
Please understand i am newbie, can anyone help install this for me?
