I cannot upload video or music. It goes through the whole process and after the status bar says 100% up pops a small red box saying "upload error"

My .htaccess file looks like this:
php_flag register_globals Off
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
RewriteRule .+ - [L]
RewriteRule ^([A-Za-z0-9_-]+)$ profile.php?ID=$1 [QSA,L]
</IfModule>
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value post_max_size 300
php_value max_input_time 300

The Ray settings are rms.boonex.com port 1935 html port 5080.

I am hosted at HostForWeb. When given this problem they reported the following:

"The music upload error appears to be due to a redirect between the the RMS service and the individual software installation, however we're not certain what causes this. You should contact Boonex support for this directly. We can provide installation support and our servers are set up to meet their application requirements, however for software configuration and operation you should contact Boonex to resolve."

The file size in advanced settings for audio and video are set to 20MB

The file size in Ray widgits is set to 20MB

I am also having problems with chat so the hosting company seems to have the correct explanation, I just don't know where to go to get the problem resolved.

Any ideas folks?

Thanks,
LT

Thanks for the offer. I'm not convinced that the rms is the problem or at least not all of the problem. In fact I am thinkin' the whole install is flawed. (I paid $10 to have it installed)

After further tinkering (I removed the last three lines of the .htaccess) and that has solved a number of problems. However, I still cannot upload music and I can only upload 8MB or less video.

The bad news is that when I go to play the video is says 'this widget not registered'.

When I go to the Ray control see more panel in Dolphin advanced settings the vplayer shows up under my widgets and the setting are correct. It is then problem #uuummmm I lost count, rears its ugly head. When I click on Admin in the individual widgets of Ray... I get a blank screen. IE reports 'Done with errors on the page'.

There are many more things that are not functioning properly. HostForWeb tells me they are set up for Dolphin but if I want to run Ray and Orca I have to upgrade to a VPS at an additionall $30 a month. NOT!

This whole project is beginning to raise my blood pressure and at my age I don't need that! LOL
