When i Install Dolphin i get this. And that means Dolphin is not working or not all is working. Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. I have the same Problem than some Other ones here and do not understand what i have to do, when i do not have a root Server. That means i can't change the open_basedir and have no shell access.
How you resolve your problem?
