RAY DESKTOP ISSUES

I have the desktop installed, latest download - I am getting two errors - first it was telling me that my widget code was wrong. Now it says cannot connect to server. Thats on all starts.

Suggestions?

Now we are reaching the server but are getting the incorrect widget codes again - suggestions?
