Video player missing control buttons!

I have the latest version of Dolphin & Free Ray with the Ray Hotfix installed. However the video buttons for playback (play pause rewind etc) are missing. I have seen several posts asking about this but no clear solutions. If there is no solution available how can I dump the ray video player and add another one to my site ?

It's a Ray issue.
Does anyone have a viable solution ?
when i upgraded from pathc 6.3 tpo 6.4 the check mark from "use RMS" was unchecked. I'm not sure weather the 6.4 pathc unchecked the box or the hostfix.
my problem was the button to view/start up video wasn't available or hidden. After i put back the check mark everything seems to work.
Plugins-> ray suite ->base settings(located on top)--> use RMS.
