The road has been extremely tough BUT....?

Well, it's been a couple days since I have actually posted anything. I've been so engolfed in my website. I've been learning things, experimenting and just growing my site to my self.

I have realized that there are going to be more bad times than there are good times when it comes to this site. But I don't mind, I don't mind because whenever those good times roll around. I'm going to appreciate them so much more.

I got my site all set up and had spent most of my time last week, looking for a certain application that would allow my members to remix music. I searched hour after hour before I  decided to hang on to the application that I was interested in prior to this hunt. The only reason why I didn't make this application work was because I didn't have enough balls to install it on my server. I didn't know what I was doing and considering the fact that I was still trying to learn what a database was, as well as a script. Trying to install an application wasn't on my list "to-do's"

I spent majority of my week alst week trying to figure out why the application would load to the correct page after configuration. I got so frustrated, I almost gave up. (That phrase "gave up.") is so disgusting.)

So what I did was, I walked away from my computer, sat and had a long moment to myself. One thing I have learned when it comes to learning how to build a website, (the Geekster way and not the WYSIWYG way) is that you MUST take time away from the project to allow yourself the space to think freely.

In the end, I figured out what my issue was and I ran through the hosue screaming at the top of my lungs. To accomplish something that was getting the best of me, says alot about my character and drive that I have when it comes to the project I'm trying to build.

I'm off to work, Another late night ahead, man I love it.
