Support what?

I am trying for 10 days now to find an answer to a question from my "Agent", still trying..

This is not a wining post is just reality and if this method brings the answer to my question than it's mission complete.. You can even delete it afterward (as always)..

P.S. Question for Boonex: If the "Agents" are in the same time full time programmers, full time support staff and in private full time programmers and full time support for their own mods.. each having about 100 members that have chosen them as their agent and another let's say 20 clients in private.. do they even have time to eat?

You actually reminded me to post my findings on Premium membership. Be on the look-out for it.

Agents are not necessarily programmers, they just know how to work with BoonEx and how to get things done. I'm sure you will hear from you agent soon, but often they have preferences, like servicing customer requests first, and then, say, Market-realted requests, etc.

That practically means you don't give a **** about some other clients that payed for premium.. Now really is there any other higher/more expensive membership that will guarantee a decent support?.. you guys need a change in the support system..

My customers receive support in less than 12 hours or even instantly, you guys hardly respond in 11 days after tons of messages and blog posts.. It seems that only when complaints go public you start to react..

WOW ... this is incredible that Adrian would say this!! And even start a forum topic complaining of his not receiving a reply from customer support on an issue he had!!

Adrian (DolphinTemplate) prides himself in his prompt and unlimited customer see more service ... THAT IS A BIG LIE!!! I have been trying for TWO WEEKS (longer than he had been trying to get help from Boonex) ... I have sent NINE EMAILS, with NO RESPONSE!!! After having no help from him, I demanded a refund, still NO RESPONSE!! I have now filed a claim with PayPal so they can get my money back!

I had a couple VERY SIMPLE issues: an error message on all of my forum pages, and how to change font and background colors. These are simple issues, yet DolphinTemplate REFUSES TO HELP ...

I have lost lots of money since I have not been able to get my membership site up and running, due to these template issues! I cannot even got back to the default template, since the error messages are also on all of those forum pages!!!

I prefer Boonex Should tie-up or start an ODC in India or any other skilled Asian countries
and put Agents in charge of development and tracing
Support should be stand-alone and more prioritized than development

it takes so long for an agent to respond to messages its so annoying they should hire more agents seriously
