Hi folks, I successfully installed RAY up to the point of logging in as Admin, at which point i get "authorisation failed" message.

I see no link anywhere to generate free licence.
I see nothing for installation help.
I see nowhere to input my domain name as requested when i click on get licence.

Wassup with that ?

There seems to be little help/support around here, thats a shame cos this suite looks great and i'd really love to use it on my site.

You should see "licenses" listed to the left of your screen if you are signed into Unity.

Clicking there will take you to the page where you can generate your licenses.

I see the license button. I can get licenses for all I need EXCEPT ray.
No license number shows up for it at all. I keep trying and I keep adding my url as requested but still no license number shows up.
help me?

same problem here, i finally realised IE7 was blocking the enter domain active script ... BUT, still no license :(

Try to add the name of your site instead of the url. That worked for me fine.

I had a similar problem some time back it turned out to be the browser I was using wouldnt refresh that iframe.. or something like that... log in using a dif browser.. can hurt to try.

after telliing me to enter a domain, i don't even get an option anywhere to do that. I've tried IE7 and Firefox with no success, theres a problem if neither of these work don't ya think ?

I just checked the license button and it appears that now I have license numbers for all widgets. Im going to see if it works for me now.

I have another issue if anyone can help. We bought adfree but we cant get ads off.
