Social Networking Aliens

Ever wonder, why so many people keep visiting the same social network website day after day and week after week endlessly without fail 24/7.
Not to mention the sheer amount of time people will forfeit to these social sites? I would not go as far as to say these people
are hypnotised but they certainly show characteristics similar to a horse following a carrot.

I think the answer to this undoubtably extremely daunting question, lies in the very nature of individuals as human creatures.
We have an inate built in pre programmed ability to be social and self promoting and we drive ourselves to extremes to do so.

Returning
So what is it that keeps these individuals ( cross hair focused ) on logging in to the same site
and expelling enourmous amounts of energy to be part of whatever the site is about.  What is it that tells these people that the website
can offer them more than what is outside of their very front doors.

Once again we are talkig about individuals as from the inside and not the physical needs.
No website can possibly give any physical needs to the individual but if the mental pshychie wants some feedback and plenty of it,
then the world is your oyster so to speak when visiting these sort of social sites.
Others will come across your profile picture and message you in hope to get a reply, assuming they like what they see.

Some people join in hope of befriending like minded company, others want to create romance and some like to do business.
Then you have the chatters.  The last type is there to chat and chat until they can't possibly chat no more.

Ratings:
You can get excellent ratings for throwing up a few pictures, this leads to more visitors to your profile and starts some kind of chain reaction
and two way correspondenses to happen, some sites allow for more than pictures, some allow blogs,
articles and music to keep everyone happy and interacting with each other. Whatever is available is obtainable via these networking sites.

Multiple identities:
Is that the name of the game,, why do sooo many members of networking sites choose to have so many identities.
One thing i did find out while visiting certain community network sites is this, hundreds of robot fake generated id's.
new ones being generated each day to make the site look busy.
But these are easily spotted as they hardly have any profile descriptions and they never reply back to you half the time.
also a really big giveaway for fake id personalities is that their stats never update properly,

I hope you enjoyed reading this little insight into social networking communities.  I will be posting more articles on this subject shortly...
