Removing the Country field

Can anyone tell me how to remove the community field from the 'Create Group' page?

And

Can anyone tell me how to create a block which will display 'my friends' on the 'my account' page?

Hello,

To cut 'Country' field from groups, need modify code in several places.

so about friends at Account page .. need copy functional from Profile page, and apply for Account page.
