Removing Promo Block

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to simply remove the promo block entirely? I don't want to have a preloader OR an image or whatever there. If I choose HTML and leave it blank, the promo block would still be there (although its empty).

Oops ok it is possible!

what was the setting you changed in the CSS that made the block go away?

see moreok here's what I did...

1. Open up "index.php".

2. Delete off the line where I tell you to:

$_ni = $_page['name_index'];

<delete off this line here. I can't remember what it was cos its gone hehehe>

$_page_cont[$_ni]['page_main_code'] = $oIPV -> getCode();

3. Upload the index.php file to your server.

4. Open up /templates/tmp_uni/page_1.html

5. Delete off the line: "__promo_block__".

6. Upload this file onto your server.

Hope that helps!
To remove the promo block... log into your admin panel.

Settings/ Basic Settings... and select the option "Use custom HTML block".

You can either use the editor there to make your own.. or just leave the edit area blank to get rid of it all together.
