Redirecting dolphin

I would like to redirect the front page of dolphin. How do I do this?
I looked all thru the admin panel but there isnt an option to redirect or edit HTML on the page so I ca,

Hi
Im not sure exactly what you mean but... in my site I added an index.html page to the main directory. Visitors to my domain end up their and then click a link on that page to get to the main Dolphin index.php page.

thats scary, the php and index files? should have been one in the same in most cases. but ok, seems you got it going. your name suggests you are in georgia? where at?
