Ray issues - test utilities

Hello all,

I'm having issues accessing ray admin.. I cant even get into ray suite to do anything. the message i'm getting is "not installed".

it happend right after i registered the ray components.

Is there a log file i can look at to give me an ideas to where the problem is?

I think i saw a posting somewhere to troubleshoot ray components using some sort of user entered screen.. I cant seem to find that posting again, anyone come across it?
