Ray Suite not working, on permanent loading...

Hi everyone, i need some help here. i have the latest version of dolphin, installed yesterday for the 2nd time.

Ok regarding Ray suite and widgets, have all the licence no's , all registered fine. So why are my widgets not working? they are loading loading and loading abit more. i was reading this article  http://www.boonex.org/category/dolphin/  - look half way down page Shoutbox control!!!! I dont have that in my admin. Any one have any idea what im doing wrong, Im right that the suite is already installed right? i thought i just needed the licences to activate them. :(



Please help its driving me mad now :)
