Ray Suite not working in Admin

I have Dolphin 6.004 with ray 3.0 but downloaded ray 3.1 Ad-Free and purchased licenses for Chat/Video/Music. I followed the steps and installed it and registered all the three licenses, but the Chat/Video/Music displayed 'wrong login or password'. So, I re-uploaded and reinstalled it again but this time the 'Ray Suite' link doesn't even work when clicked. I am stuck with purchased linceses which I can't use. Can anyone help please?

I had the same problem and did this:
in ray/modules/global/js/integration.js

set as first line:
var sRayUrl = "http://your-url/ray/";
After this i had no pro..

I tried that and even adding it in the middle of the file but still cannot access 'Ray Suite'. I got no reply from 'feedback@expertzzz.com' about this issue either. SO, don't know where do address it.

Actually replacing the 'integration.js' has fixed the problem to accessing 'Ray Suite' and I was able to re-register my Chat/Video/Music widgets licenses, but still ended up with my initial problem which was the error I have deen getting 'wrong login or password' when trying to load Video or Music. I got 'Use authentication failed' when accessing Chat.
Any ideas?

I added the first line: var sRayUrl = "http://your-url/ray/"; But that page does not exist I guess is spell wrong in this forum because I copy and paste
