Ray Not installed Error

Just changed hosts, After finally getting the site running(long Story) Ive got an error when I try to login to the ray admin window, the errors are.

Warning: main(ray/modules/global/inc/xml.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in d:\hshome\jesseatlr\weedspace.net\ray\modules\global\inc\content.inc.php on line 2

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'ray/modules/global/inc/xml.inc.php' (include_path='.;c:\PHP\pear') in d:\hshome\jesseatlr\weedspace.net\ray\modules\global\inc\content.inc.php on line 2
