Ray Licenses not working

So on my site I try to enter the Ray Licenses that I've generated here. No matter which license I enter I get a "wrong license number" message. In addition when I generate licenses I never get a Messenger license.

Any suggestions?

must be a server issue or it's your fault.

Keep in mind the order of the Licenses isnt the same order then inside the admin interface. I just clicked one the 1st and used the 1st key and got the same error.

However, it's working on my local Server but on the live site i cant register anything and only get a popup with a blank white screen?
