Ray IM widget will not accept licence

I have had some issues with registering widgets but, thanks to the other blog posts, have sorted them all except the Messenger one. I have generated three different codes and all fail. I have reinstalled the free Ray > IM folders and files but it doesn't help. Any ideas, anyone?
