Ray Desktop download

Does anyone have a link to the download for the desktop? When I use the Ray link currently shown, I get the following error;

404. Page Not Found.

its not 404 error :D there is no problem with download this from this page... :) (maybe only for me :( )

I receive a "checking for skin updates..." notification which never goes away. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
