Ray 3.1 Widget Licenses after Dolphin 6.0.0004 Update

We have had a minor issue with this. It is already fixed some hours ago. The licenses should work just fine.

I just got AV Chat to register, but no others. Unity will not generate codes for some of the widget (Shoutbox, Desktop). Thoughts?

I can't register the codes either. Just keep getting invalid.

If you are trying to register Free licenses, you should keep in mind that they vary between the versions, i.e. there is a set of them for Ray 3.0 and another one for 3.1. You should see the combo box with versions to choose next to "Get Free licenses" button.

So if you have installed Ray 3.0 you should use licenses generated for 3.0 version.
The same applies to the 3.1 licenses set. They should be applied to appropriate 3.1 Ray Package on your site.

There is no combo in unity while generating licenses for ray widgets - I have installed dolphin 6.00004 and ray 3.1 - all widgets showing not registered.

Believe me Victor when I am trying to register ray widgets i get wrong license.

Please fix Unity to generate ray3.1 license keys...

yes I have a problem with the ray desktop ..
I have still buy a smartpro licence an the ray desktop will not work ...

when I install the application it says me that the widget code is incorrect or cannot load the configuration .... plz help me :(

I am having the same problem. Just bought the ad-free dolphin and installed it. Then installed the patch 6.1.2 and all the Ray widgets wont work. Am getting "Widget is not registered" for all the widgets.

The Free widgets worked well before the update and now they do not function at all. I can not unregister it or even put in a new license. Please help!

Just bough a Dolphin ad-free license, installed and free Ray widgets wont register , keep getting "incorrect license" when trying to register them. Can I use Ray free with ad-free Dolphin?

I can't seem to register my widgets

This sounds like it is getting a little crazy. My site is in Beta right now using the latest v. of Dolphin. (free). If all goes well, i will buy the ad-free version. HOWEVER...i am reading through all of these posts and it is not making me happy. The reason for that is, i see everyone is having the same problem a i am...i see many Threads on the same question...dating back a year with no resolution. I am ready to launch www.mylunker.com...but i cant do so without getting my ray widgets registered...

NO see more MATTER WHAT I DO...RAY SAYS "WRONG LICENCE" WHEN I TRY TO REGISTER ANY OF THE FREE WIDGETS...

Please tell me how to fix this so i dont walk...i love dolphin, but i need Ray widgets in order to get up and running...
