Have we removed the option to record your profile video in D7? Or am I just not finding the link?
After searching more I did find it, but did not work.
Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.

Go to profile then videos, then click on profile videos album on left, then click link to right that says add videos to this album. Where the drop down box is on the left click record.
