Profile Music and Profile Video Uploader Not Loading..

All of a sudden when my members click on profile music or profile video to upload music or video to their profiles, the loaders are not coming up at all.....this just all of sudden starting happening...

HELP PLEASE...uploading music and videos to profiles are very, very crucial to my site.
