Profile Music - Fatal problem

I've a very serious problem with version 6.1.1. After upgrading, the Profile Music just don't play. As I've bought Smart Pro Pack, so the upgrade was actually done by the support staff. After checking many times with him, he told me that my site was working fine & he could listen to the Profile Music without problem.

 

After ownself troubleshooting, I realized that this could be due to the internet speed.  As I had asked my member with higher internet speed to test & they found no problem with their Profile Music. But then, I could listen to Profile Music before the upgrade with the same internet speed. Why is there a change now? I'm clueless.

 

Now not only the Profile Music don't play, the worst case is when I visit those profile with Profile Music, the site becomes "hang" ( not responding ). I had to close the site & log in again, the thing I MUST avoid now is not to visit those profile with Profile Music. I find this a bit ridiculous & pathetic.

 

I was wondering, is this problem can be solved? I'm very sure that this problem would make those members with slower internet speed to leave my site as I myself already so pissed off & couldn't stand with this stupid problem.

Did you try it on a single pc? Try deleting all of your browser's cache, temporary internet files etc from your pc. Then restart your pc & see if things are ok.
