Problems with background photos

Log in to admin and check
content/photo and chang status,
If red frame around photo change status to green.

thank you for your answer, but i think i wasn't clear - my mistake.
I CAN upload photos on my profile and so can the other users, but what I CAN'T do, is upload the BACKGROUND picture. It just won't work.
Help anyone?

I have a similar problem;
users can upload pictures,but the pics are not visible at all.i changed the status from 'red' to 'green' but that still does not help.
any suggestions?

1) Log in as user and make a photo primary.

2) And check your inc/header.inc.php point all adress here to correct directory!!

As you can see, the profile pictures can be uploaded, but the background can't be changed. I can change the bg colour, but I can't upload any other photos for my background. What I need to know is how to change what you see is black in this profile to some bg photo.Thank you for your time!!

CDWC, I saw your website and I'm quite sure that what's happening to you is that you upload a picture that is too big. You have set the max. size of the pictures the users can upload to your site and when it's too big, you can find this photo in admin, but it will always be shown as white.

What you need to do is to delete the photo, resize it and upload it again.
See in admin, advanced settings the max size. Normally it's 450x450 px.

My Profile/Customize Profile
and reset it and then save it, and refresh your page,
and then I think it will be ok!

Log in to Admin and go to
Settings/Advanced Settings and check about you have set this to on: Enable profile customization
(Line 9)
if this not fix it...

Then go to phpMyAdmin, select your database and after that select table ProfilesSettings,
I can see you are profile 1, delete IDMember 1

Now shall it work.

I found it, and I did but don´t work first when i upload, I see a x on place of the picture, only I can change the colours.
