Can someone help me?

New installation - Can't upload files. tried JPGs and GIF's
but the response I get is ...

- You uploaded not image file

followed by the agreement.

ImageMagick is installed

Any ideas folks?

I'm going to try a fresh install

Have you set the membership permissions (from your admin -->settings--> Membership Levels?
