Problem with an Install on Fedora 9

Has anyone ever seen on an installation of Dolphin 6.1.4 where on the index.php installation gui there are all green checks indicating that the permissions are correct and it still gives you file permission errors in /inc/db_cached/. There are 4 files in this directory which still give me errors even though the gui install says it's fine. I'm doing this on Fedora 9 and I am stuck. Stuck STuck! I have posted this a couple of times and am just praying to get past this little stumbline block. Thank

If everything is green, It should work.
Anyway all the files inside inc/db_cached should have 666 permission.
the codding to 666....then u may have to reinstall the files...in
others words upload the files from the orginal zip file
