Problem with Classified, events, Blogs

Hi,
I have installed Dolphin Version 6.1.2. I am facing some problems with the classified, events and blogs.
I cant add a classified as the subcategories are not loading after I choose a category.
I cant Edit / delete a event when I am logged on as a member.
I cant Edit / delete a blog when I am logged on as a member.
Can anyone help me... thanx in advance.

UpdateListCommon is not defined (JS Error)
this function already defined in
inc\js\dynamic_core.js.php
why it don`t calling? .. are you not changed
