Problem posting to orca in groups

I get the following error on the top of the page when i click on 'post a new topic' in a group page.
YPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
I know that it shows because few starting words are missing. Where should i fix this.
Also, when i open the page to post a topic...it says loading post page...but it just keeps loading.....text box is visible behind, but i can't write anything. Please help
