Please help - total novice - install/index.php won't work!!

Hi everyone - I am so sorry to be asking this question - I'm sure you've answered it a million times, but...I can't seem to find the exact answer, so could someone please be so kind as to try to help me?I am using windows xp, downloaded dolphin 6.0, got a FTP client account thru Filezilla, set everything up according to the Dolphin install directions, changed the permissions as stated in the dolphin directions, (I think I did everything I'm supposed to) but when I get to the part where I'm supposed to "navigate to install/index.php", it comes back with the error message below.
I cannot figure it out - I've tried using all the subdirectories I can think of, to no avail. I'm pretty sure Dolphin is stored in the root directory, but I don't know how to check for sure. ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

Exactly what step did you perform before this happened? The last step of installation instructs you to delete the Installation directory before proceeding.

Check a couple things, first, log into phpmyadmin and see if the database used for Dolphin is populated, if you have 152 tables (i belive), the sql script executed successfully and your dolphin site is successfully configured, you don't need to re-install.
If you don't have any tables in your Dolphin database, simply re-upload see more
