At the last step of installation ( Permissions Reversal )of dolphin there is a file permission error on inc and periodic directory. i tried to change the directory permission of both the directories to read only but it doesn't work. Can anybody help me?
Now, when Dolphin completed installation, you should change permissions for some files to keep your site secure. Please, change permissions as specified in the chart below. Helpful info about permissions is available here.

or just hit SKIP and then do them manually via CHMOD
I had seen this happen a few times, not sure why, but I just went back in via SSH and chmod them myself.

I have been encountering the same problem with 6.1.6 ....at the very last step it says that the permissions aren't getting changed...and once i do it and hit the next or skip button...it says 404 error....i just cant get through with the installation
