Hello,
I sent the Below message about 48 hours ago and would like some sort of reply or instruction on how to remove your links.
I also talked with presales.boonex on Skype and set up FTP/Admin so a Developer could access and Fix the Issues.
Please could some one contact me... I feel like I have been Totally ignored or not important enough for your support.
Maybe you do not want my Business... if so please let me know and I will find another Solution.
I also would like to know where and what file to Edit the About Us and FAQ Page to insert our Site Information.
If this is any indication of the type of Support I can Expect form you then perhaps I should rethink purchasing the SP?

for 1 month into the Expertzz Total $100.00 Aprox.
I have requested help and have received NONE!
I am also looking at purchasing the Smart Pro and was advised to wait
until after May 1st to make the purchase but to install the
Dolphin-v.61.Orc2.
So we could get our site up and configured for our Launch which is
Scheduled for May 1st as well.
After install it did Except my Ad-Free Lic for Dolphin and Ray and some
of the plug ins. But Dolphin Ads are everywhere and when I remove them I
get Errors.
Basically all I want is to get your ads off so I can run our own.
Please do not get me wrong I do not mind Supporting your product but the
fact That I have paid for Ad-Free.
Please advise!

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.

I m sure they will respond, they are dealing with hundreds and hundreds of emails and issues related to the latest release.
The SP package is a GOOD deal, although do not expect them to install the same day you purchase. All the support guys are really good, and they will schedule it with you and get it done.
