Orca forum with strange characters

Hello,

I upgraded from 6 to 6.1 and the Orca isn't displaying titles correctly.

i followed the instructions to click on the "EN" and it didnt fix the problem.

the instructions i followed:

• Click the link en next to the Compile languages wording

• Refresh the Orca page after that

• Accomplish the same steps for groups/orca by navigating to http://dolphin_url/groups/orca/ in a browser (applicable only to Dolphin).

i refreshed both firefox and ie and still not fixed.. i had a friend try it and it still display the above..

any ideas how i can fix this problem?
