Orca forum 500 internal server error

Hai,
I'm getting this error when i'm trying to access orca forum

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@beta.energy-ministry.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have try to figure it out what happen with orca, but still can not find any solution to this error.
I have resolve previous same error when i'm trying to install dolphin, by removing : php_flag register_globals Off from .htaccess.But now i'm getting the same error while trying to access Orca forum.
My dolphin version is 6.1.1 free, the orca included in the package.
Anybody can help me with this issue?
