Orca Issues with Fopen_url

First off here is the error message I am getting

Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /home/.deceasing/thegayestever/thegayestwebsiteever.com/dolphin_test/orca/classes/Admin.php(25) : eval()'d code on line 10

Warning: file_get_contents(http://license.boonex.com/orca.php?LN=&d=thegayestwebsiteever.com) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/.deceasing/thegayestever/thegayestwebsiteever.com/dolphin_test/orca/classes/Admin.php(25) : eval()'d code on line 10

This occurs when I am simply trying to access the forums.

First I was wondering if it was possible to use cURL and what files it needs to applied to, as my Host does not allow Fopen_url even in custom php.ini

Or my second option if it is possible can I intigrate phpBB instead, i have already followed the install instructions but it has not replaced orca or am I miss-understanding what the integration is suppose to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
