Add this line to your htaccess file
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M
Make sure your admin for music and video values are the same.

you can do that in htaccess or you can change it in your php.ini file let us know if you get it squared away. you also need to change the settings in dolphin admin, as well as in ray player and video player admin.

i change the settings on the php.ini and worked great...

max_execution_time
Again make sure all your admin settings are the same.
