My perfect Dolphin

THIS IS NOT A FEATURE REQUEST BLOG.

What extra features would your Dolphin have if it was up to you to create your perfect solution?

This would be my solution: (features aside from what I think will be in Dolphin 7)

- profile type creator (admin can create different profile types like: musician / mc / songwriter etc. mod like http://www.expertzzz.com/Downloadz/view/3323 maybe it's there, I don't know)
- advanced store mod like http://www.expertzzz.com/Downloadz/view/4107
- overall word filter (also filters nickname when users create an account. maybe it's there, I don't know)
- scamnet mod like http://www.expertzzz.com/Downloadz/view/2891
- contacts type creator (feature that will allow admin to create a list of contact to choose from when befriending someone. for example: create any contacts types: family / friends / fans etc. the member can choose from the list when sending a befriend message. for every contact type there will be a block on the profile page showing the contacts for family / friends / fans etc)
- all widgets with ads support (admin can setup ads. maybe it's there, I don't know)
- advertisers section (they can see statistics of their ads bought at your site. advanced would be a full auto advertisers signup. they can add ads themselfs. admin will have to approve)

I will add more if I can think of anything else. So comment and tell us what your perfect solution looks like. As I said. Do not request features. This blog is just to see what ideas people have for Dolphin.

I have many things but would like much better seo, I still think d7 is totally lacking. I would like a automatic sitemap creation and update when anything is posted, it writes the link to a sitemap. Page titles, keywords, descriptions, tags, etc should be able to customize much more for seo optimization. We need a moderation area with specific permissions available for the moderator. An admin can't do this alone on a busy site. Everyone needs time off, so much more moderation options is needed. Additonal see more

I would have a much improved classifieds section. There isn't any mod available to do this that I know of.

1. Adding more custom fields - without the odd price descriptions that are there now (maximum, equal, minimum)

2. Integrated Google maps

3. Fix the "Buy Now" button & also provide a way to link it directly with payment so that an ad isn't hidden unless it's been verified paid. (Not that the hide feature works anyways - at least it doesn't on my 6.16)

4. Integrating see more

Ummmm. Dolphine is an open source and can be written to however you would like. So why not add these features yourself? I know we are working on many features thats not available by boonex.

All of us ARE NOT programmers but there are those like myself who are highly skilled on computer hardware and software that would like to try and customize or modifications myself WITHOUT having to hire a programmer or graphic designer.
