My Groups broken image FF code display Safari blank page

Does anyone know where the fix is, or have you ever figured it out, for when you add a group and then go to "My Groups" click on the group and at the bottom of the page it shows a broken image and the urls to the orca files?

I looked at mrpowless's one answer and checked the files then I dove into the code but I'm not making any headway... mostly because I haven't played with the source coding enough to get a handle on their programming conventions (I see to much duplication of files and needless redirects) and css is not my strong point.
 

IE shows broken image and urls and when you click "post a new topic" the page is fine.

Firefox shows the broken image and url's and when you click "post a new topic" the page shows code above and below the editor.

Safari shows the broken image and url's and when you click "post a new topic" the page center is blank all you see is the header and footer.

I have spent 6 hours trial and erroring and I'm not any closer...

So if you could help, that would be great...
