Haha, i lived to see this too...

I am using SiteGround hosting for 2 years already. And now i see it here. How did BoonEX managed to find SiteGround? Or... i guess SiteGround found you... through me? LOL . Cause i guess i was the only customer hosting Dolphin with them. Cool...

I recommend it. Very fast customer support. The fastest support ticket reply was like 1 minute. The most longest waiting time for support was like 30 minutes.

SiteGround is hands down the worst hosting company that I have ever worked with. I signed up for a 1 month hosting plan to do some testing. I paid for one month plus the cost of domain registration. After the month was up, I found a charge on my CC for $107 !!! When i called in to find out why i was charged, they said that they automatically renewed my hosting for ANOTHER YEAR and renewed my domain registration for another year.(why would you renew the hosting for another YEAR when i purchased if see more for a month in the first place and why would i want an additional year of domain registration when im only 1 month into my first year?)... when i told them that i didnt want the hosting and to reverse the charges, they said that it was against their policy... supposedly they had sent me 2 emails (which went into my spam box) and since i didnt respond, they automatically renewed my hosting for a year... Basically, they told me that if they send you a notice saying that they're gonna sell you something via email, and you dont respond, you automatically bought it.

After getting the run around from their billing department for a week (who will only communicate w/ you through email), I got the charges reversed through my CC company. Then, when i tried to transfer the domain (which i had paid for when i originally purchased the 1 months plan) to my main hosting provider (Arvixe is awesome), they told me that they wouldnt release the domain unless I called my CC company and reversed the chargeback. They are still holding the domain name hostage until i reverse the charge back. Since the company is based in Panama, if you do have legal issues with the company, its governed by Panamanian law.. I do not suggest using this company.
