BoonEx: Which servers does your company offer for BoonEx customers?

HostUpon: We offer two options for customer. Shared Hosting and Private Hosting. Our Private servers are fully managed unlike a typical VPS and are designed with all of BoonEx software requirements in mind.

BoonEx: Are there any special programs (discounts) for customers referred by BoonEx?

BoonEx: Do your servers meet all BoonEx products technical requirements, and can you provide us/them with all the necessary accesses so the software can be installed properly?

HostUpon: Yes our plans are designed with Boonex software in mind. We have a free auto-installer on all servers for Dolphin.

BoonEx: Is there a possibility to use .htaccess or php.ini for local PHP setup?

HostUpon: Customers can set their own .htaccess and php.ini files on either shared hosting or private hosting!

BoonEx: Is it possible to use phpMyAdmin?

HostUpon: Yes customers have full access to phpMyAdmin

BoonEx: Is it possible to use SSH ?

HostUpon: Yes we offer SSH to all clients.

BoonEx: Do you help customers to create domain names and register their nameservers?

HostUpon: Yes, we allow domain registration and it is included on most plans for free! We also setup name servers for clients at no additional cost.

BoonEx: Do you open the necessary ports per customer's requirement? (if someone would like to run several Ray Media Servers)

HostUpon: We do not provide RMS hosting directly, just software hosting for Dolphin, Ray and Orca (along with other Boonex software)

BoonEx: Would the site activity logs be available for a customer in case some problems appeared?

HostUpon: Yes customers can access all apache and site logs anytime inside their control panel.

How fast is your averige reply to Medium support tickets as I have signed up yesterday and it takes you 8 hours to reply. How fast do you reply when it is a Critical support ticket?

"false Advertisement in regards hosting a dolphin site on a $4.95 a month hosting account". Just created one and its real.

6.1.4 install via single click (although hard to find it in c'pain') and it does set it up correctly. Of course it is dolphin and orca only since they don't have any RMS servers unlike joombyte... Will post an update on my experiences with them after a few months

I can tell you about the experience is really bad is you are not from hostupon they will suspend you

I spoke to them today and had lengthy live chat also i phoned them after 9am canadian time they answered the phone so checking them out. it seems to good to be true but several times i have been quoted that same price and assured that all features will work and whats more it is apparently unlimited every thing just read the terms and conditions, we have yet to sign up but i will try a basic account to test it out if alls true and it goes through then i will be very happy with it.

I am very angryabout them - service chatter Mark is laying me up twice because he don´t want to solve my problems - as i opened him that i am a company tester he hangs the chat up again and after that i suddenly canßt get on theire mainsite as long a i have the same ip - so really not the right host in my opinion - unserious and not helpfull - and if i host there i can´t get dolphin with video chat only if i pay min. 255 dollar a month

Hostupon is a very dishonest company, the oversell their product, then suspend your account saying you are using 27% of servere resources,then they have you purchase their private plan. They did that to me also started to threaten to hack my website after i commented what they did.

I tanferred my site to hostgator and i was only using 0.01% of server resources, my site tranferred to hostgator is rematerd.com and domains still on hostupon:

orbiventas.com
datebookmatch.com
