Membership levels not working?

Hello, when i go to edit and change my membership levels, i get an internal server error 500. I know that it probably isnt because of my htaccess file but because its looking for a folder that doesnt exist to save changes. When i hover over the save changes button, if i look at the bottom left hand corner of IE i can see it shows that it is looking for /global-bin/php.cgi and after lookin in my root directory i do not have a global-bin folder. Is this a result of a bad install? Why dont i have this folder? Please Help Thank you

I am no expert on this, but I believe that is an error on the path to the php/cgi bin on your server. I had an issue with my install the other day because the deafult was something like /usr/local/php, but that is not really the correct path. You may want to consult with your we hosts support for this. Who is your hosting company?

i use verio for hosting, yea i figured that it was looking for that file, but i did not know if that was a problem with dolphin or my server

My hosting company lists the php/cgi path as one thing, but Dolphin looks for the absolute path. I believe if you ask your host for this, you should be fine. I am still having a lot of bug issues with my install, but I am working them out as I go. There seems to be a limited number of people willing to help for a fee, but not much support from the company.
