Members are unable to join

Hello everybody,

I upgraded from 6 to 6.1.
in most part the install was successfuly, in the end it did say everything ran ok.

problem.
users are unable to join anymore
clicke link --> join now-- created the profile and when i click "submit" the following messgae appears:

title: Database
msg: datbase quere error

I'm able to login using a test user but cant create or join as a new member.


Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
