Mass mailer status - on queue

How does it work?
I queued an email but it seem to just stay in the queue. Does it run every certain minutes or something. And if so how do i adjust the timing. I will appreciate any assistance

I have the same question. Can't seem to get a Mass email to my standard members. Any ideas guys? I have the cupid email and matchmaking turned off. Does this need to be turned on? There is NO send button anywhere, the emails go to in Queue.
