Major Orca Problem

I would be grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Dolphin 6.0005

all  Dom, xslt, xml etc. are enabled.

when trying to view forums or group forums I get this message:

Warning: DOMDocument::loadXML() [domdocument.loadxml]: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document in Entity, line: 6 in /home2/whiteyon/public_html/orca/classes/Forum.php on line 1707

I am sure this is not a server or php problem as I have installed another dolphin site 6.1.1 on the same server as an add on domain and there is no problem with forums in that one.

I have also tried to re install Orca but no luck, I stll get the message.

I have asked several expertzz over the last 10 days and have had no luck so far. I am willing to pay for a solution to this problem. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have decided not to delete the database tables for the Orca Forum because I will lose my topics and posts, However I have checked the tables and structures against the Orca install sql file and they are all ok so I am still searching for an answer.
